Rupert West FRICS
After leaving the Royal Agricultural College Cirencester he qualified with the ADAS Land Service in Yorkshire before returning to his native East Midlands. For the past 36 years he has worked in private practice, rising to partner in charge of the East Midlands Land Management Department of a national firm in the early 1990s, before co-founding King West in 1998. Today, he leads the firm's Land Agency team and undertakes strategic consultancy work for a wide range of mainly rural Estates, both privately and corporately owned. He is also an active RICS Registered Valuer, and responsible for the firm's growing Valuation specialisation.
Rupert is a former Chairman of the CLA's Northamptonshire Branch and currently serves on the CLA's National Environment Committee. He is also a former Vice Chairman on the East of England Agricultural Society and Chairman on the Blaston and District Agricultural Society.
James Douglas BSc (Hons) MRICS, FAAV

James has joined King West from a farming background after graduating in 2014 from the Royal Agricultural University with a degree in Rural Land Management. James undertakes a wide variety of professional work primarily assisting in Estate/Farm Management and general agricultural advice.
Harry Epsom BSc (Hons) MRICS
Assistant Land Agent
Harry has joined King West from a farming background based in Kenya. Graduating in 2015 from the Royal Agricultural University with a degree in Rural Land Management, Harry joined King West to work on a variety of professional work and to assist the Estate/Farm Management team.
PA to the Directors
Jackie joined King West Land Agency department in March 1999 as PA to the Senior Directors and assisted Rupert West and Stephen King in the setting up of their inaugural office at Market Harborough.
Jackie was previously employed by Fisher & Co (now Fisher German) and the Market Harborough branch of the National Farmers Union and her role has evolved as the firm has grown and now encompasses responsibilities for all administration tasks within the Land Agency department of King West. Having lived within a 20 miles radius of Market Harborough all her life she has an excellent knowledge of the surrounding counties.
In her spare time, Jackie is a member of several local organizations and is Secretary of the Market Harborough Farmer's Club and the Countryside Ladies (formerly Market Harborough Ladies NFU) as well as being actively involved in many countryside activities.
Land Agency has been Julie’s career throughout her working life. Joining King West as one of the secretarial team. Julie looks after the day-to-day administration of the Farm Agency and Estate Management departments of the firm. A fitness fanatic in her spare time, Julie keeps the office healthy and full of energy.
