The Localism Act receives Royal Assent

The Localism Act received Royal Assent on the 15 November 2011.  The Act builds upon the Planning Act and the Planning and CompulsoryPurchase Act.  John Martin and Associates have provided a synopsis and analysis of the Act, which is available to download by clicking here.
