A co-founder of the firm in 1998, Stephen has 28 years in the profession. He qualified in 1988 having been made a director of an international firm of chartered surveyors. He returned to his native East Midlands in 1989 and rose to partner in charge of the East Midlands residential department of a national firm in the early 1990's, before co-founding King West.

With 21 years experience working in Country House sales, 15 of them with Savills Land and Property as an Associate Director, Yvonne was approached by Stephen King to open the King West Stamford office as a Director in 2001. With her experience and local knowledge the office has grown in strength dealing across the board in country houses, new build, land sales and professional valuations.

Andrew has 20 years experience of residential agency within the country house sector of Northamptonshire. He joined King West in January 2008 and is a Director in the Residential Department of our Northampton office.

Robert was born in Northampton and has over 18 years experience as a residential agent in the county, the last 12 of which he spent with Bidwells where he was Partner in Charge at their Country House department. Robert is a Director based at the Northampton office and brings a wealth of local experience and contacts to the whole office.
