Outline planning permission for up to 125 dwellings at Alcester in Stratford on Avon District secured following a successful appeal hearing against the non-determination by the District Council of the planning application. The site was not allocated but the Inspector in allowing the appeal acknowledged a shortfall in the 5 year housing land supply, the sites sustainable location and that there would be no detrimental impact on the landscape or infrastructure in the local area.
