John Martin and Associates have joined their colleagues from King West in Northampton. This is a strategic move, which will provide the practise with a more modern working environment, space for growth and a location which is central to the firms expanding geographic spread of work.
John Martin and Associates provide specialist planning and development land advice and have been based at Farm Hall Offices in Godmanchester, Huntingdonshire for almost 20 years where they established an extensive client base. Over more recent years they have expanded their geographical area with projects throughout the East and West Midlands and therefore the move will enable them to be central to existing clients.
Northamptonshire is one of the fastest growing areas in the UK in terms of jobs and homes. This growth looks likely to continue as the Government has identified the area as suitable for significant growth over the next 20-25 years. John Martin and Associates hope to use their existing knowledge and experience in the area to be a part of this planned growth.
All of the staff have moved to the offices at Spencer Parade, Northampton and the existing clients will continue to receive a high standard of professional advice.
The firm hopes to strengthen the Development Land team through the appointment of a Land Director in the first quarter of 2012.
