Full planning consent has been obtained by John Martin and Associates on behalf of Persimmon Homes for 145 dwellings at Creed Road/Hillfield Road, Oundle, Northamptonshire subject to a Section 106 agreement.
The 4.1ha site is located approximately 1.2km to the north of Oundle town centre. The development of the site has been considered through a master planning and stakeholder consultative approach. The scheme includes 40% affordable housing and provides for children's play space and informal space within the development.
