Martin has over 20 years of planning experience much of which has been spent working in the house building industry with a number of major PLC companies. During that time he was involved with the promotion of both small and large scale development sites through the development plan system including a new village proposal for 850 houses and a mixed use urban extension incorporating over 1000 dwellings.

William has over 20 years experience working in the
development control sector. He has dealt with all aspects
of the planning process and the presentation of evidence at public inquiries and hearings. He has a good knowledge and understanding of all aspects of residential, agricultural and commercial development.

  John E Martin MBE FRICS MRTPI
Consultant

John has over 30 years of planning experience most of which has been spent in the private sector including a large local firm and two national PLC companies. He has also had experience with local authorities and a development corporation. He specialises in complex negotiations with local planning authorities, particularly sensitive sites and conservation areas. He also has specialist skills in negotiating S106 Agreements together with Options.

Planner

Alison has a wide range of planning experience working in the private sector. She has a good knowledge and understanding of all aspects of planning and more particularly in dealing with the planning application and development plan process.
